Hello, There is a possibility to import by bulk into the Data Layer via CSV. Is it possible to Export the existing list of variables one into CSV as well?

As duplicates are not allowed, it would be easier for me to detect them prior to the bulk import by appending the existing one into a complete file. This way for example all the variable name from extensions would not be re-configured... This would also allow me to keep the information of the variables that have been created within the interface.

Hi Philippe, We have some tools (internally only for the moment) that allows for the export of your data layer. Please contact your AM or customer representative and they will be able to help you with this process. Kind Regards Simon

Hi Philippe, Importing the data layer is very easy via the 'Bulk Import From CSV...' option it sounds like you have already found in the 'Data Layer' tab via the green drop-down button. In terms of exporting the data sources from a profile you can use this bookmarklet to export them: http://www.snipsave.com/user/profile/roshangonsalkora#9134 This isn't an officially supported method but it will export your data sources into the console. I'm afraid there isn't currently a method to only import the unknown data sources but it's certainly a good idea which I'll pass on! Thanks, Roshan

I see a couple Community posts requesting export options. Q) Is CSV exports an active update on the UI roadmap? This post has a clever Dev Console javascript option, but an export/download option of _well-formed_ CSVs in several of the UI tagging panes (Data Layer, Extensions, MAPPINGS!!, . . .) would be very helpful. > https://community.tealiumiq.com/t5/Tealium-iQ/Is-there-a-way-to-export-the-data-layer-list-Would-lik... thanks
