Hi Ali,
If you have the e-commerce extension configured, you do not need to do anything; it will set the transaction ID automatically.
If, however, you wish to override the e-commerce extension mapping, you can manually enter "order_id" into the text field next to the data source name. This will force the mapped data source to override the order ID. I'm not sure why this isn't shown in the mapping toolbox by default, so I've created a request internally to get it added.
Please see here for a detailed guide on the Criteo tag: Criteo OneTag Setup and Configuration

Hi Ali,
If you are using the e-commerce extension, the trackTransaction event will be set automatically for you, and the transaction ID will be picked up from the e-commerce extension (no need to map it).
If you wish to override the order ID, you can map to "order_id" (just enter order_id into the mapping destination manually). For more info on the e-commerce extension, please read this article: E-commerce Extension Installation and Setup.
If you have any more questions, please let me know.
Craig
