Setting up 2 pixels for the same tag is quite simple. Simply go into the Tag tab, and click on the green "Add Tag" button in the top right of the window. Once in there, simply search for Commission Junction, click on Commission Junction in the results that drop down from the search box, and you should be taken straight to the Tag to be added. Click on the green "Add" button to have the tag added to your account.
In the process of adding the tag, you will also be asked for information on the basic tag configuration (Client ID, Action ID, etc...) as well as the load rule and mapped data sources. Depending on how Commission Junction has told you to use that tag, you may need to set up two different load rules, one for each Commission Junction tag so that they run independently. In some cases, you may want to run both Commission Junction tags on the same Order Confirmation page, just one running as an Advanced Sale Tag Type and one as a Standard Sale Tag Type. If you want them to both run on the same Order Confirmation page, when you are initially adding the tag and come to the Load Rules portion of the setup, simply select the same Load Rule that is being used by the existing Commission Junction tag.
