How I can reset my MFA Account?

Hi,

I have followed the instructions for reset MFA tokens https://community.tealiumiq.com/t5/Announcements/Multi-Factor-Authentication-MFA-for-Tealium/ta-p/62...

But I can't reach my own account in the user administrator list.

Besides, the MFA settings option is not listed in my user account settings.

Have I missed anything? Can I reset my MFA from my account?

Good morning @vicente_peris. Excellent question. Only those with the appropriate permissions can reset your MFA. You cannot reset your own MFA. I hope I am making sense. Let me know if I am not.
