How can i edit a custom destination?

My support team created a special custom destination for a visitor ID's to be passed back to Tealium. How can i edit this custom destination to reflect the new parameterized pixel?

Have you tried checking your load rules @Reena? It took me a while to understand but I think that may be where the url is.
