How do you capture the off site referrer into the UDO?

I'm wanting to capture the referrer for in-bound traffic to my site so i can classify it and use it to determine natural search as a channel. Adobe and GA manage to use this variable to distinguish search traffic but I'm having difficulty locating the data in order to map for the UDO.

Hi Marlyn, There's a special variable called dom.referrer in the data layer. It's listed under "DOM Elements" in the list of data sources and it just says "referrer". You won't see it in the "Data Layer" tab in IQ, but you will see it available to use in Load Rules, Extensions, and Tags. You might also find the Channels Extension documentation useful (https://community.tealiumiq.com/t5/Tealium-iQ/Channels-Extension/ta-p/448) Hope this helps. Craig.
