How to disable all tracking

Interesting situation, one of our web properties has been sold and we need to disable Tealium on that site at some point in the future.  Short of removing the Tealium tag(s) on each page of the site, how can we disable the Tealium code so that we don't pay for traffic on this site?

1. Log in to Tealium iQ
2. Click the "Save/Publish" button
3. When the "Save/Publish" modal appears, click the button "Configure Publish Settings..."
4. When the "Publish Configruation" modal appears, scroll down to the "Implementation" section
5. The 9th option down is "Prevent Tag Load", turn this "On" (On means white text with blue background)
6. Save the "Publish Configruation" modal
7. Republish the profile to the Dev, QA, and Prod environvments

This will quickly disable Tealium from running on a page.

I do not know if this affects your payments, but it will prevent our library from loading.
