How to implement "Opinion Lab" tool via Tealium?

Could anyone can help me to know step by step process to implement "Opinion Lab" tool Via Tealium. I knew there is a basic configuration by adding Opinion Lab tool in Tags tab.

Need exact JS file to implement or required step by step process to implement.

Appreciate your help in advance! Please help me on this asap.

You should receive a zip file from OpionLab that contains image assets, a CSS file, inline JS, and the configuation JS files. These files are specific to your site. 

You are to host the folder or individual CSS and image assets on your server then enter their relative pathnames in the configuration settings.

You can add the inline JS and/or CSS to a preloader extension if you wish, but the image assets will need to be hosted.

There may also be some 'a' tags or divs that will need to be added to your site HTML. If there are any further customizations or you are having issues with the basic setup, please contact your Account Manager to open a support case.
