How to trigger a Google analytics virtual pageview using the jQuery onHandler?

I have created an ADO variable called "ga_pageview". In a Google analytics tag I have mapped this ADO variable to "page" attribute. I have created a jQuery onHandler with a selector, triggered on: mousedown, tracking event: link and set to the ADO variable a specific value. The on selector is triggered as expected (checked through console debugging) but I don't see the call to Google analytics. What am I missing?

Hi, I suspect all that you need to do is change the tracking event from link to view, as it's a virtual page view that you want to trigger. It's worth noting that this will fire page views for all other tags who's load rules apply. If you need any help with this, please contact support-emea@tealium.com Many thanks Steve Lake
