I'm experiencing the same issue. I did a rename of a test profile, I got a dialog box telling my permissions are being updated. Now I can't "Rename" a profile (the button is greyed out) and I don't see a "Delete" option. Also, the rename of the test profile created a new profile with the new name, but the old test profile is still present.
