Is there any logging feature for tracking Tag and Extension activity?

I see there is something called Trace for Event and AudienceStream. For the clientside Tags and Extensions, is there anything similar? If not, has anyone developed their own solution?

We do have an internal API we track some of our events to. I'm wondering if uTag does any logging to Tealium of it's activity? Or if anyone has developed such a tool?
