JavaScript Code Extention works in DEV and QA but not in Prod ??

Can anyone else explain why Javascipt Code Extention works in DEV and QA but not in Prod ??

And yes I have approved the code and published to all environments and obviously saved published to all environments.

Does not appear in the web companion for extensions either. :(

Is there another step required?

..and you are 100% sure that all 3 environments are checkmarked in the upper right corner of the edit area for the problematic extension?

This sounds like you either have a draft that needs approval to go to prod, or as Per mentioned, check the top right corner of the extension in question.

Looking at the published utag file it looks like your extension has successfully published to prod. If you are still having issues can you please open a ticket with the support team who will be happy to assist.
