Library Not Inheriting Load Rules

We have a library (lib.apconv) that is pulling in the newly added tags, but is not adding the associated load rules from the library to the profile (main). Instead, the newly added tags that are inherited are all setting to the default rule of 'all tags'.

Hey John, Load rules are supposed to be inheritable, but it sounds like there may be something unusual happening with your profile or library. At this point, I recommend reaching out to your account manager to take a look. Thanks, Seth

I just came across exactly the same bug. I have existing libraries with load rules that work fine, however I tried to add a new library today with a set of load rules, but when the library is imported into a profile, the load rules are empty.
