Hi @stevenm - it's possible that the tags were not built with the intention of having multiple instances on a single page. This happened to me with another tag integration, I had to use one standard integration and one custom container for the second instance. You may want to raise a support ticket with this question.
Also you can try debugging yourself to see what's going on when these execute/render on the page. See the debug KB article for more info.
