Making changes to utag.sync template

Hello,

If I modify my utag.sync template and hit "Save Profile Template" to save the changes, do those changes then go out to all environments (dev/qa/prod) of the profile, or are they only scoped to the environments that I ultimately publish the changes to?

When you click "Save Profile Template" it will replace the template for the profile, but you would still need to publish it to all the environments to have it propagate it out to the CDN.

Hi @steve_thurner, 

Does that mean that there's not really a way to push template changes out to just dev/qa for testing?

I just want to be able to make sure things are working before they hit production.

@andrea_kebalo You can't prevent it going to prod on the next prod publish, but if you publish to only dev/qa you will be able to test it prior to publishing to prod.
