Maxymiser tag in the Utag.sync file, not firing

Hi,
The Maxymiser script was injected to the utag.sync file in one profile of the account and it is doing fine.   When added to the utag.sync of another profile of the same account, it is not firing- the mmcore file is not showing up on the browser console.  The utag.sync file has the same Maxymiser code inboth profiles.  The 'Generate utag.sync.js File; option is set to On.

What can be done to make the Maxymiser tag fire?

Hi @sujani_koya - are there any errors shown in the browser console on the 2nd site/profile?  Also, is the Maxymiser tag dedicated to a specific site or url which might prevent it from working as expected?  Also, use the tag status checker to see if the templates of the 2nd site profile are up to date and/or match the functional first site.

Let us know how it goes - hope the ideas above give you enough boost to solve!

Hi Mitchelt,

There are Console errors around the mbox tag.  Mbox is visible in the Network tab but there are errors related to it.  An interesting thing is that the utag.sync on the problem site does not have any mbox code while the correctly working site has.  

The Maxymiser code itself is not site-specific as it is being successfully run on more than one site of the same account.

This is what I'm planning to work on.  Will let you know how it goes.  Thank you!
