Page Revenue - Universal Analytics

I am trying to figure out a way to build page revenue as a metric into GUA. I know there is Page value. In excel I know I can calculate Page Value * Unique Visitors. I'm looking for a way to have this calculation in GA. If a customer visits 10 pages and converts for $100. All 10 pages would receive a Calculated page value of $100. GA gives this to you for landing pages, but not for all pages.

I googled around and could not find a solution for how to accomplish this with Google Universal Analytics. I am not saying it is not possible, however I could not find it. Did you try posting this question to the folks over at Google? If it is possible within GUA, then we can help you configure the correct GUA tag behaviour within Tealium iQ.
