Problems sending UDO variable from Tealium to Adform

Hi all

I hope someone can help me with this. 

We are using the Adform vendor to set these variables:

Now I need to set another UDO variable called "formEnd" which happens when a form is submitted and will always have a static value of "1". There is nothing wrong with the UDO variable, this is being used in other vendor systems such as Facebook. However, I can't set the variable to Adform vendor. It just doesnt appear in the Adform request. No matter how I map the variable, no matter how many different destinations I add. Any idea of what I am doing wrong?

Did you enable link tracking for adform tag?

No unfortunately not, yet. 

I got help from Tealium saying that when you need to send through custom variables to Adform (order or product), the vendor is expecting to receive it as an array of strings. So the value (string or integer) should be sent through an array. We tried to create an extension for this, but has not yet been successful.
