I've a Profile Library Created with with an "E-Commerce" tag Extension and a "Java Script Pre-Loader" Extension. This library is linked to main profile. However JS Pre-loader extension is reflecting in the main profile whereas the "E-Commerce" tag extension is not. Is there a problem or am I missing something?

Hi Nitin, Thanks for your note. Could you share your 'account name' and 'profile' names with me here? I can take a look to see what the issue might be. From what you have described, it should be working as you expect so I'd like to take a look for you. Thanks, Roshan

There can only be one instance of the E-Commerce extension. If you had an existing instance of it in the Profile, the one from the library would not import.

I enabled the profile instance only when the library instance was not showing up. Let me give it a try again, i.e. deleting the profile instance and update you if problem is still there.

Hi Nitin, I've just had a look since and Justin is right. It might be best to get in touch with US support if you're still having issues. When looked a different profile (launchpad-americangirl) when it tried to import the library it flagged an error indicating two E-Commerce extensions aren't possible: http://note.io/1sQSx3C I would test the 'launchpad.thomaswood' profile but in order for the library to be re-injected I'd have to save and publish a new version of the library (which I don't want to do as I don't want to interfere with your implementation). I'd recommend: - Make a note of the E-Commerce extension settings in your 'launchpad-thomaswood' profile - Delete it and save the version - Save a new version and publish your library (ensuring your E-Com extension is configured as you'd like) - Open the 'launchpad-thomaswood' profile. If that isn't importing the E-Com extension then definitely get in touch with your local support or Account Manager Thanks, Roshan
