Some templates with update available are "greyed out"

Started today some work on going through all profiles and update templates to the latest version. I noticed that some templates, reported by the Tag Status as not customised, and not using the latest version of the tag code still cannot be updated. The trash bin button is greyed out. Why is it like that for some templates and is there something I can do about it.

One example is the Google plus tag which does not allow me to update.

Since we have a global profile which the local profiles inherits from, templates in that global profile of course must be updated from the global profile... Didn't realise that, silly me. Also, tags based on the Tealium pixel template, even if I only use the form fields, they will not update. So I guess I have to re-make them manually. Boring :-)
