Stop tag from firing on home page

I am trying to figure out how to stop the chat tag from loading on my home page (I want it to load on all other pages).  I have added "Homepage" to my "And Not" Rules & Events section and loaded my conditions (URL, Operator, Value) to the Homepage rule.  I tested it last night and it seemed to be working, but then this morning the chat tag was firing once again on the homepage.  I truely have no experience with Tealium so I am flying dark and would appreciate any help available.  Thank you!

Without knowing the page URL and what the load rule looks like, it is difficult to respond here. I would suggest submitting a support request (with the URL, tag UID, and load rule UID) and one of the engineers can review the implementation and advise on how to configure/correct the configuration.
