Tag to Manage Product Metadata

Has anyone found a tag or experimented with creating a tag that can allow business users to easily manage product metadata.  Basically looking to be able to map things out of the UDO into data attributes for Schema.org/product?

Is this for SEO or other types of bots that scan your site?
If this is the case you run across the issue that we run as JS, and most of those types of bots will be looking at the pages raw HTML. Some might be clever enough to execute JS, which we could then possibly do something with. I think we have 1 tag that does something similar, but not for this usecase, but you can email ideas@tealium.com and we could look a producing a template that could do this.
