Hi there,
I just inherited at short notice the admin role for our Tealium installation and would like to perform an audit of users, groups and access privileges...
Any tips would be greatly appreciated - I don't see too much info for reporting or user administration other than basic user permissions management.
Many thanks,
Ian
Hello @imatthws. Great question. We do not have any reporting capabilities for users, groups, and access privileges at this time. I can submit that as an idea if you'd like at ideas@tealium.com. How does that sound? Let me know.
We do have an internal tool that can provide some of this information. You would need to contact your Account Manager who should be able to assit with this.
Thought I'd check if this feature was implemented or still on the roadmap. I'm interested in something very similar, pulling a report of all users under an account with the profiles they are associated with and the access and permissions they have enabled.
Hello @sumi. Great question. Let me go and check. Sit tight.
My account manager was able to get the information to me. There is a report you can get from the Tealium Chrome extension. I was able to download a CSV and create a pivot table from there. It solved the problem for me! Thanks for your help @kathleen_jo and the quick response.
Excellent @sumi! Glad to hear that everything worked out. :-)
