Tealium is very slow when saving

When I save the profile it takes a lot of times, usually beetwen 10 and 30 minutes.

What can I do to speed up this behaviours?

I have the same problem.
Though not 10-30 minutes, my experience is, that publishing takes quite a lot longer time than it did before.
