Tealium tag not found when using Firebox version v27 or Firebox v48

When a page added with Tealium tag is open in FireFox v52.0.2 at my home PC, I can see the utags are able to be downloaded from Tealium server. However, when I open the same page with Firefox v27.0.1 or v48 at office PC, the utag is failed to be retrieved, I saw only 0 bytes of utag is retrieved (press F12 in Firebox and check the Network tag). 

Is there any least supported Firefox version for Tealium tag?

Hello @Ericleung. The utag library is compatible with all modern browsers. This sounds more likely to be an issue with network filtering, proxy connections, or firewalls, or with browser caching. Have you tested other browsers under the same conditions? Do you see any errors on the browser console?
