Unable to change environments

Hi All,

 

Is there some problem with the environment feature today? Web Companion reports a successful environment change, but the UDO variable still shows "prod" (whatever else the change is to).

Hello,

Even I have faced this challenges when I tried to switch over from QA to Prod using environment switcher (Custom tools) but not via Web Companion. I presume if you can clear your cache and do create new Custom (Environment Switcher) and try to do from QA to Prod it will work.

Thanks I'll try the Environment Switcher next time this happens.

(Just so that you know, I cleared the cache but it didn't help - the issue resolved by itself the following day).
