Using Tealium on Intranet website

We need to insert Tealium in a website that is part of an Intranet and is behind a corporate firewall that blocks all outgoing and incoming traffic. All clients from within the Intranet will be able to reach the website, but when they try to download the Tealium script, the firewall will block all requests becase Tealium is outside the firewall. What domains we need to whitelist on the corporate firewall for Tealium to work? Is tags.tiqcdn.com enough? (We prefer to avoid the data.zip route)

tags.tiqcdn.com should be enough for tags. There are some tags (like Google Analytics) where you can choose to have the JS file Tealium hosted or vendor hosted. You'll want to choose Tealium hosted, or you'll need to add firewall filters for the various vendor domains.

If they need access to the Admin Console, you'll need access to

  • my.tealiumiq.com
  • community.tealiumiq.com
  • tags.tiqcdn.com
