Web Companion UDO button not working

When I launch Web Companion then click on Data tab and the UDO button, the screen just grays out, and no UDO data is shown. This started happening about two weeks ago. I reinstalled the extension on Chrome, did the same thing. Any thoughts?

Can you supply a URL and any other requirements where we can see this issue occur?

If you do experience other issues with Web Companion, we would like to know of course. We've tried to build Web Companion to be as flexible as possible, but once in a while a page has a customization or complexity to it that throws our tool off. If you notice Web Companion acting oddly in the future, try reloading the page and web companion again. If the issue persists, by all means contact us. We want to try to address any problems that might come up.
