Web Companion freezes when Decibel tag is deployed.

What could be the reason and how to fix it? We are using Tealium Decibel template. It is very unfortunate as Web Companion is very useful.

Hi, I have just replied to the case that you raised with support. The Decibel tag is a very simple tag, and it shouldn't cause any problems. I have tested here, and the tag loads and fires, and web companion behaves normally. If you could reply to the email from the support case and let us know what browser and operating system you are using, we will check here. Many thanks
