This is the window scoped object the client-side marketplace facebook tag uses to pass the event ids as needed in the CAPI connectors. The Facebook tag sets the event ids as required by Facebook and the Tealium Collect tag picks those up and adds them to the payload on the event.
If you do not want or need these set then you may elect to turn those off in the settings of the client-side Facebook tag's UI 'Generate Event ID'.

The events are fine, I just wanted to understand what it does. Just seemed kind of strange that the tags sets the event to utag.globals and the end up in the Collect Tag call.
