Where is the documentation?

A post said that the documentation was on this site. I can't find it. Can someone please tell me in very simple terms how to find the documentation?

Hi Steve, you should have some getting started documentation from your account manager. If not the Quick Start guide shows you how to place the Tealium container on your pages: https://community.tealiumiq.com/posts/539901 Documentation for most product features is on this site, split into separate articles. If you are looking for something specific, please post another comment and I'll try to help you find the answer.

Generally speaking, this site is our documentation. There are posts which are organized by, tags, categories and series and there are questions and answers. Specifically, I'm trying to figure out how to use utag.link. What are the parameters? I've seen several posts and tried various things, but it is not working the way action tracking used to work pre-Tealium using s.tl.
