I am trying to fire custom tracking for a click on the page.

I am using the webtrends tag and have a onHandler extension that only shows in the network tab when the Tracking Event is set as view not as link. the onHandler is set as a click trigger. while debugging i can see the the link is firing but i do not see the network traffic.

Can someone advise on how to get the utag.link to fire for webtrends?

Hi @gmwoodward

I would either contact your Account Manager or raise a support case here:

https://community.tealiumiq.com/t5/custom/page/page-id/support-contact-form

So that someone can walk through your site and/or the template to see why this isn't working for you.

Hi

Check if your webtrends tag or whichever tag, you're trying to fire, has link call enabled.

If not, then you'd have to.

Thanks
