Hi Matias,
I would advise you to check with your client which version of the utag file they can see. Each published file contains a timestamp at the top in the format yyyymmddhhmm.
The timestamp in your browser and your client's browser should match.
If not, please contact support@tealium.com with the details of which account/profile are affected, and we'll look into it for you.
Usually when this happens, it turns out that the wrong version of the file is being viewed (e.g. dev instead of prod or vice-versa), so it's also worth checking the file path.
