Team,
We have been capturing many channels for our site and suddenly noticed that (direct) / (none) take place predominant number which is totally wrong and unacceptable. Since the URL which comes from google organic search to our site doesn't contain the UTM parameter detail which need to be captured in the source and medium report as (google) / (organic). Howevere, we have requested our team to set up the redirect for the missed URL's. Meantime, I am just curiuos to know that is there any specific option to overcome this issue. Since there are more than 2000 URL's it would hardly take time to set up the redirect.
Therefore, is there any way to set up redirect or to get the (direct) / (none) as (google) / (organic) report from Tealium side. Kindly assit me on the mentioned issue and let me know for any other information.
Thank you,
Jay.

Hi @jayap3
I'm curious to learn more about what you are seeing.
Are you seeing the channel designation in Google Analytics?
