I am using the Ecommerce Extension, I mapped all the ecomm values but I can't seem to be caputuring the data in Google Analytics. Am I missing a step here? Do I need to do any any mappings from the Tag Settings?

For purchases and product views no you should not have to add additional mappings if the E-Commerce Extension is set up properly. A couple things to check: Make sure E-Commerce Ability is Enabled in GA Make sure product variables and order variables are passed correctly on the page Are the product variables in Arrays or Strings (make appropriate adjustments in E-commerce Ext) There is a delay in GA reporting. So if you set up the E-com Extension today you may not see data until tomorrow. Most GA reporting has a 24 hour delay. If these all check out, can you send a URL where this information should be sending so we can look deeper? Thanks

Yes Cesar, Most all our tags have E-commerce Extension support. So if the E-commerce Extension is configured properly then it should send automatically. There are some tags, like CoreMetrics, that require a trigger via mapping to tell the tag when to fire product data or cart data. However, GA is not one of these tags, and should send product level and order data automatically if the E-commerce extension is set up properly and the data is available on the page.
