Ahhh, yes. CoreMetrics. I had a feeling that was the culprit. Great question and one that is easily handled via Tealium. This is all handled via the Mapping Section within the Tag. You will be able to key off of variables and tell which type of event to trigger. There are a lot better instructions and screenshots found here :

Refer to the section called "Events Tab." In this case you could use the same variable and use it to trigger multiple types of events. So if you have a page_type variable that equals product on the PDP pages, then you could specify when page_type equals "product" then trigger the product view and conversion event. The pageview event will automatically be triggered on every page load.

Yes I checked this Article, but if i trigger 3 tags like page view (utag_data will manage that), product view and element. i want all these on load of page then how should i define this? tell me if i am correct: page_type : "elementprodView" where element - for element tag prodView - for product view

If you are populating page_type = "elementprodView" on page load this would be a perfect variable to use in this case. You would go into the Mapping Toolbox and set it up like the following image. This will trigger a product view event and a conversion event in addition to the page view event that is automatically triggered on page load.
