David, Is there a page where someone could look at the setup on IE? Thanks, Andrew

Hi David, we would need a little more detail about your setup to effectively answer this question. I'd recommend reaching out to your account manager to set up a working session to troubleshoot the issue as there are many potential causes for a tag not firing on a specific browser. For instance, there is a known issue with IE8, utag.js v4.26+ and placement at the end of the body: https://community.tealiumiq.com/posts/726815 (known issues are listed at the end of the post)

Hi David, It might be worth updating to the latest version of the utag.js, as there were some IE optimisations in the newer releases of the utag.js. This post should help you if you're not sure what to do: https://community.tealiumiq.com/posts/762863 If that doesn't work, make sure there are no JavaScript errors in any of your extensions. It's possible that you're using a method that is not supported in IE, and if that's the case, it might stop the tag from firing. Craig.
