trigger:called before tags loaded multiple Tag are not loading

Hi Team,

I am facing a problem. where I have created a copy of existing tag. that is deployed in dev env and old tag is deployed in QA and Prod env.

Previously Newly created tag was worked fine in dev env but now that new tag is not firing and in logs few tags are not loading along with my new tag 

Console Logs :- trigger:called before tags loaded multiple Tag are not loading
