utag_main_v_id(tealium_visitor_id) always changes every time I visit in same device

In my understanding, the utag_main_v_id(tealium_visitor_id) shoud be unique for the same visitor in same device not change, but my utag_main_v_id is different every time I visit the page, I promise I never close my browser, never clear my cookie, I do the refresh action in the same browser, and in the same window pc, so it is really weird, any exports here can help me, thanks in advance!

If you do not allow Tealium to set the "utag_main" cookie using the "nocookie" configuration override, a new value for the visitor ID and session ID will be generated every time. If this is not the case, I would suggest submitting a request to our support team  so that they can look into the issue further. Information that may help the support team would include the device and browser being used, as well as any steps necessary to re-create the issue.
