utag2.js file is not loading on page

Have a site with respective DEV and QA environment. Issue is only with QA, as utag loader(utag.js) file is coming on the page but not utag2.js(s_code for sitecatalyst) So what could be the possible reason for this to happen, as following are the things had already been checked - tags configuration section - tealium code is their inside the head section as top most script - no load rules are defined

Hi, The most likely explanation is that there is a javascript error in an extension that is preventing the rest of the utag code from being run. If you check your javascript console (easiest in Chrome or Firefox) do you see any error messages? Thanks Steve Lake

Hi Vicky, The things to check is that the tag has publish rights to QA. This is under the Advanced settings of the tag. The other item to check is the versions tab to see what version you currently have deployed in the QA environment. Anything more and we would require additional details. Kind Regards Simon
