What is causing the refresh?
One way to test this is with a tool like Ghostery. Ghostery has a Chrome Extension that will turn of Tags. You can try turning off Tealium and see if that fixes the problem. If turning off Tealium does not fix the problem, then you know to look elsewhere. If turning off Tealium does fix them problem then you know the problem resides within one of the tags being served by Tealium.
At that point there are many ways to debug, but we should start with the above test.
