The Dashboard provides an overview of your AudienceStream setup and initiatives. You can see counts of the various elements that make up your AudienceStream implementation or view up-to-the-hour graphs of correlations between your Actions, Audiences, Badges, and Metrics.
The first thing you see in the Dashboard is a count of all elements that make up the AudienceStream console. Click on any of the boxes to navigate to the corresponding tab.
The Actions box can contain a notification letting you know when an action has failed. This is updated for each day.
The Trend Graphs let you view trends in your data across a time period. You can view trends in your Audiences, Actions, Badges, and Metrics. You can view trends for a single data value, or view two data values in the same graph. Viewing more than one data value in a graph allows to you compare these data values and look for correlations. You can view the same data value across different time blocks, or compare the trends of two different data values. To set up a trend graph:
When you view a data value in a trend graph, you must choose a time range. The range is the time block for which you want to view data and is calculated in relation to today. There are two main parameters to select:
This refers to the time block that today is contained within.
For example, if today is Wednesday, then the date range begins from the most recent Sunday.
For example, if today is June 14th, then the date range begins on June 1st and goes until June 14th.
This is the time block before the time block that today is contained within.
For example, if today is Wednesday, then this date range begins at 12:00 AM and at 11:59 PM of Tuesday.
For example, if today is June 14th, then the date range begins on May 1st and ends May 31st.
The Badge activity window lists the number of times your badges were assigned to and removed from your visitors, for a given time range.
You can also click on a badge to view the details of how and when it is assigned or removed from a visitor.
