Using Experiments you can take your account to the next level by gaining access to cutting edge experimental and pre-release features that are still in beta. This article describes how to access and use TiQ and UDH Experiments.

The Early Access program will continue to work for the features it has been enabled for. Future iterations of major releases will be released under Experiments.

How It Works

To enable an experiment, log in, open the Experiments window, and select the feature to enable. The new feature will be immediately available in your session, but will not persist unless you save your account. Experiments that are saved will be applied for all users of that profile.

Experiment Stages

Experiments can be in the following stages:

  1. Alpha
Experiments in the Alpha stage typically include items such as the initial release of a large feature in order to gather customer feedback.
  2. Beta
Experiments in the Beta stage include features that will soon be available for General Availability (GA), with minor fixes and enhancements.

New features are promoted through the Experiment stages and then to go to GA based on usage, hours, and enablement.
