Having Trouble Signing In?

You need access to your email account to reset your password. Make certain that noreply@tealium.com is not blocked in your email client.

  1. From the login screen, click on Having trouble signing in?

  2. Enter your email address then click Submit.

I forgot my password

Tealium does not send passwords via email, so we request that you reset your password in the event you forget it.

  1. Enter your email address in the provided field, then click 'Submit'.

  2. You will be directed to a confirmation screen indicating that an 'Reset Password' email was sent to the provided email address with instructions on how to reset your password. Log in to that email account.

  3. Follow the instructions provided in the email. Click on the link indicated to reset your password.

  4. Enter your new password in both fields. Make certain your new password meets the minimum requirements outlined on the right.
