Prerequisites

To use the tag status checker you need the Manage Tag Templates permission.

How It Works

The Tag Status Checker tool compares each of your tags to the most current version available in the tag marketplace, including utag.js. After running the tool, a status for each tag is displayed based on its version and modification status. The summary information that displays allows you to quickly evaluate the status of your tags to determine if updates are needed.

Tag Status Symbol Definitions

There are many states that can apply to a tag template. Tags may display multiple statuses.
