This article describes how to edit and view your user settings to view user permissions, edit your user information, change your account password, and reset your MFA token.

Access and View Your User Settings

Use the following steps to access and view your user settings:

  1. Click your user icon in the upper right of the screen and select Edit/View User Settings.

  2. Click Edit User Profile to change or update your First Name, Last Name, Title, or Email address.

Change Password

The Change Password screen allows you to change your password according to the password requirements of your account.

Use the following steps to change your password:

  1. Click your user icon in the upper right of the screen and select Edit/View User Settings.
    The User Overview information and profile permissions for your account display.
  2. In the right panel, click Change Password.  
  3. In the Current password field, enter your current password
  4. In the New password field, enter your new password according to the password requirements on the screen.
  5. In the Confirm new field, enter your new password again.
    You can optionally select the Show Password checkbox to display the password as you type.
  6. Click Change Password.

  7. Click Close to close the window.

MFA Settings

Use the following steps to reset your MFA token:

  1. Click your user icon in the upper right of the screen and select Edit/View User Settings.
    The User Overview information and profile permissions for your account display.
  2. In the right panel, click MFA Settings.
  3. Go to Resetting your MFA token and follow the steps outlined.

Reset API Key

Use the following steps to reset your API key:

  1. Click your user icon in the upper right of the screen and select Edit/View User Settings.
    The User Overview information and profile permissions for your account display.
  2. In the right panel, click API Key.
  3. Go to Managing and Generating API Keys and follow the steps outlined.
