Not really sure. I would look to the Tealium folks on this. Do you have any other extensions running that would be collecting it? In our case - we had some custom plugins from Omniture in some of our Tealium extensions from our initial implementation that would have otherwise been included in our s_code. I am sure there are a few way to do this but one would be to use a set data values extension. Create a data source called something like pname Set pname to js code b['dom.url'].replace(/.*?:\/\//g, ""); Then map pname to pageName in your tag mappings. It sounds like you are tracking an ajax modal as a pageview which makse sense. We track ajax modals as events. So when a user is on a page and opens a modal, we trigger a modal event and pass a modal name. That way we can track what modals are being opened across the site and from which pages without increasing pageview count. In this case we don't need to override the url. One of the Tealium folks would have better insight on this but this approach may work. To overwrite your url (I think this would depend on how your virtual url us being stored). If it is being stored in a variable you could use a set values extension. Set url = to Variable = "your virtual url value" when condition = "your condition" or maybe you could set the url to some JS code that grabs our virtual url and replaces the dom.url . Cheers ... I could see how that would help for sure. I find that even using something like Charles Proxy is quicker compared to chrome or FF console validation. You don't have sift through as many images because it keeps the calls in a tree view and UI stays static as you load\re-load the pages but sometimes those apps can be buggy. Just a thought. ... Hey Jared, We stopped using our Plugins and DoPlugins extensions after we made the switch the AppMeasurement for JavaScript tag. We were advised by our Adobe services folks that only certain plugins are supported. That being said, I attempted to add this to the extension and it caused the tag to fail. Hey Jorge, You should be able to accomplish this through a "Set Data Values" Extension. You can create a new data source that would be a "container." In my implementation I refer to it as "reportsuite." It would look like this Set "reportsuite" to text "nhhotelesipadapp" Condition: when device = iPad Then map reportsuite to s_account in you tag mappings. Hello Myrtha, If you want to assign a value to a data source you should be able to accomplish this through a "Set Data Values" extension. Set version_s_code to Text 20131125 and idioma_pagina to Text Castellano -- add a condition if needed. If you need these values to be dynamically set then a JavaScript extension might be in order. Hey Mark, Not sure exactly what "u" represents but my understanding is the u.addEvent is a function built by Tealium within the SiteCatalyst Template and adds the event values to the s.events object automatically. Also, you may want to change your data object of sc1_events to simply sc_events as Clint mentioned. sc_events should automatically capture the event(s) with no additional mappings needed within the tag. ... So, my issue is that I am getting the exit link calls but not the download link calls. Unless I enable the Link Tracking Extension which then capture everything I click on which is not ideal. I would expect that with the auto-link tracking setting toggled to "Yes" I would see exit and download link calls. I did notice that the 1.21 Template does not contain the following but the H26 template does. Which makes sense to me because the setting is default in the tag settings for H26 but not for 1.21. s.linkDownloadFileTypes = "zip,exe,wav,mp3,mov,mpg,avi,wmv,pdf,doc,docx,xls,xlsx,ppt,pptx"; Could this be the reason why the downloads are not being tracked? ... Hey Ty, We are still having this issue and is specific to our implementation I think. it appears that one of our calls is happening prior to DOM ready which is causing some issues.
