Hi @kevin_allen, Thank you for your thoughts. Unfortunately that is not what I meant. I don't want to test fire requests with my spoofed user agent sting. I want to permanently map a custom data layer parameter to the GA tag as a user agent. In some cases I want to slightly change the default value from navigator.userAgent and sent the updated string instead. So this should affect a worldwide customer basis requests and not only my test cases. BR Martin

Hi there, I try to map my own user agent parameter to the Google Analytics tag (analytics.js). But I cannot get it to include the ua parameter in the request. The Measurement Protocol states "ua" = override user agent, so it should be available at least. The toolbox of analytics.js doesn't provide it as a dedicated selection. And simply map it to "ua" doesn't work. I also tried the set command with different names (ua, useragent, userAgent). Since the referrer has to be setup as "set.referrer" although the Measurement Protocol parameter is named "dr". Does someone have success with it or knows what I am doing wrong? It try to avoid editing the template by any means. Thank you! Martin

Hi all, I opened a ticket and this is the preliminary result (state of 30th May 2018): New tags should pop up in the Consent Preferences category config straight away, without the need to do anything (other than change the preset category if needed). I used it with a Tealium Custom Container and it worked. But: A new Tealium Generic Tag will fail to popup and cannot be configured (Consent Preferences category wise)! It will always fire (according to loadrules) regardless of activated Consent Manager. Tealium will fix this bug in a later release of the Consent Manager. Let's hope it will be done soon. Hi all, we use the Consent Manager and I had to move one of the Doubleclick tags to a Generic Tag because they should be assigned different categories. Tealium Consent Manager only allows all DC tags to assign them to one category (under a general Doubleclick selecteion). I added a new tag but it doen't show up in the category selection tab on the Consent Preferences Dialog. Now I wonder what has to be done to let new tags show up there? BTW the tag loads regardless of given consent. Thank you all, Martin
