Hi @sujani_koya , Instead of turning OFF The whole utag.js file turn of group(3/4) of tags at once and see if the site speed is same or it increases. And in the next iteration turn ON the tags which you turned OFF and select another 3/4 new tags and Turn them OFF. Repeat this steps untill you finish all of the tags. I suspect there might be an old template in one of the tag and which might be slowing down the site. If you are able to narrow it down to the tag then drop the tag tempalte for the specific one so it will update to the new version. Then you can turn on everything and see the performance.    I would suggest this exercise because even if you don't find the tag which is slowing down it's help ful to flush iut the cache sometime tags have been turned ON for long time and no changes have been made to those tags they become unresponsive sometime. So, by doing this exercise all of your tags will have some activity and which can be help ful for the performance.  Let me know hoe it goes.  Thanks Vinay ... View more

Hi @lihao_yeong , How are loading the tealium in android app? I mean using the local or server implementation. and is it working for ios? If load it locally, all of the files will load with file:// protocal which endup going no where. So, you need to make sure the file protocol is https:// always. Thanks ... View more

Hi @Anasooya ,  Is there a possibility of reloading the confirmation page multiple times?  And what's the variance like double counting or it's just more number than starts? Because if it is double counting then you might have implemented the tag twice and if it is just more number it might be because reloading the confirmation page or bookmarking the confirmation page and loading it directly.  Thanks  ... Hi @zsullivan , When modal showed first time you can setup the cookie by writing document.cookie = "modal_show=true". And add a condition to your modal extension to show only when "modal_show=true" cookie not present. So, it will not load again and again. Hi @jayvora , You can tyr to use "wasp"(https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/waspinspector-analytics-s/niaoghengfohplclhbjnjheodgkejpih) chrome browser extension. Install the tool. Open developer tools and navigate to the wasp tab. Reload the web page you will see bunch of requests. click on the request which you want to check and it will show some kind of pathing where it is coming from. I am not sure if this works for all the tags or not but it might be help ful to you.  ... View more

Hi @spujade , You can add a new custom extension of type "setdata values" in there you can select the data layer you want to modify and pass the expected value and set the scope to all tags you shold be fine and be able to see the overrided values in the data layer.    ... View more

If you have the ability to set a cookie then you can setup a flag with "true"/"false".  for the initlial load cookie will be false and you will show the modal once the modal is shown change the value to true so it will never show up again.   ... View more
