@jayvora place a line break on the first line inside utag.js file. When it breaks, in the console check for contents of utag_data If it is missing, create it. Then modify the data directly. Example: utag_data = utag_data || {}; utag_data. site_region = "test"; Then unpause the breakpoint and let it run through. Hope that helps! ... View more

Hi @sujani_koya , Instead of turning OFF The whole utag.js file turn of group(3/4) of tags at once and see if the site speed is same or it increases. And in the next iteration turn ON the tags which you turned OFF and select another 3/4 new tags and Turn them OFF. Repeat this steps untill you finish all of the tags. I suspect there might be an old template in one of the tag and which might be slowing down the site. If you are able to narrow it down to the tag then drop the tag tempalte for the specific one so it will update to the new version. Then you can turn on everything and see the performance.    I would suggest this exercise because even if you don't find the tag which is slowing down it's help ful to flush iut the cache sometime tags have been turned ON for long time and no changes have been made to those tags they become unresponsive sometime. So, by doing this exercise all of your tags will have some activity and which can be help ful for the performance.  Let me know hoe it goes.  Thanks Vinay ... View more

in your tealium container just make sure you have link and view on, you will see it near the top like this u.ev = {"view" : 1, "link" : 1}; Also make sure the load rules are working, I normally use the tealium debugger to verfiy. And keep an eye on your console for any errors, if it still doesn't work, we will probably need more information about the jquery extension. ... View more

Hi @vinayreddy , Thanks for your response. It is just App Conf floodlight impression numbers are way higher than the App Start page. What do you mean by 'it might be because reloading the confirmation page or bookmarking the confirmation page and loading it directly'? Do you mean the end user has saved the confirmation page and loading it multiple times? Hi @ShruthiJ , It looks like you have some event handlers that have the following line lines: var ele = jQuery(this); var region = ele.attr('data-region') ? ele.attr('data-region') : ele.root().attr('id'); Where ele is equal to the current element the event was triggered on but .root() is not a valid method in jQuery.  If you are trying to reach the parent of that element I would look at changing the line to: var region = ele.attr('data-region') ? ele.attr('data-region') : ele.parent().attr('id'); Otherwise, I would recommend you raise a support ticket so that an engineer can help understand what you are trying to achieve here and help with providing a solution.  ... No unfortunately not, yet.  I got help from Tealium saying that when you need to send through custom variables to Adform (order or product), the vendor is expecting to receive it as an array of strings. Hi @zsullivan , When modal showed first time you can setup the cookie by writing document.cookie = "modal_show=true". And add a condition to your modal extension to show only when "modal_show=true" cookie not present. So, it will not load again and again. Hi @jayvora , You can tyr to use "wasp"(https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/waspinspector-analytics-s/niaoghengfohplclhbjnjheodgkejpih) chrome browser extension. Install the tool. Open developer tools and navigate to the wasp tab. Reload the web page you will see bunch of requests. click on the request which you want to check and it will show some kind of pathing where it is coming from. I am not sure if this works for all the tags or not but it might be help ful to you.  ... View more

Hi @chriszp  You could take advantage of other jQuery functions to retrieve that dom element. For example, you could get its value using the closest method closest(): For each element in the set, get the first element that matches the selector by testing the element itself and traversing up through its ancestors in the DOM tree.
